I bought a hot tub from this company brand new. I received it late August 2021 I've had to call several times for service as it was leaking after it was delivered but not moved to another spot *** the manager called screaming and yelling today. I did contact the owner down in waukesha about this They are refusing to come out and repair the hot tub. I spent $10,000 on this spa just for them to be playing games. I'm a disabled veteran this should not be happening They were supposed to come out 2 days before I was leaving for Europe but made excuses and then the office made an appointment to come out and fix knowing that I was gone The manager while screaming at me said he tried to call me but when I tried to tell him that I was in Europe he got even more irate The person in his office knew and told me I didn't have to be home The problem wasn't fixed and made things worse. When I finally got home and saw how bad it was still leaking I called this company They said we will be out next week Well on Tuesday I called and was told they couldn't make it then they rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday came and they called saying they couldn't make it out and it would take another 2 weeks before they could get someone out here. This is bull c*** I have spent to much money just to have a severely leaking hot tub sitting on my front porch I'm ready to file a lawsuit but will give the BBB a chance to resolve this
