I have tried getting Jim R****** out here for several months. I have a roof leak situation and could have really used his help. Twice he had agreed to come out give me a quote and both times gave me a specific day he would do so. He would always ask "What times are you available?" When I replied that "Anytime that works out best for you." I would never get a return response. After leaving several messages on the phone and email asking about what time I could expect him so I could be there, he never returned my messages. The first time he eventually emailed me the day of the scheduled visit and tell me he's too busy. I responded (via email) "No problem, when can you make it?" I never heard back from him. Flash forward a couple months and the same pattern (He would make an appointment but never tell me what time then blow me off at the last minute!) was repeated. This time at least Jim R****** returned my call and said he was too busy. When I asked when he could make he told me he lives in Wauwatosa and doesn't really like to travel very far ( I live in South Milwaukee, less than a half hour away!) so I should call someone else. I understand that he may be busy right now, but if he has no intentions of leaving his immediate area he should put that info on his website. That would have saved both of us a lot of time and frustration. Not sure how as to how doing business like this earns him a positive rating. Very disappointed!.
