Complaint: Merchant sent wrong size item. On the top of that it took over a month to receive the item. My multiple emails were never answered and I was unable to get anybody on the phone either after numerous attempts. Yet their website is still up and running. Since I was unable to replace my item for the correct size, I successfully purchased a similar item via Amazon. I'd like to return their item for a full refund now. Desired Settlement: Full refund including shipping charge.

We will issue the full refund requested. We were distracted with the passing of our older dog who had been sick with lymphoma. We had a return authorization number issued to send to Sergiy the day before we had to put her down. We should have gotten back to him with that right away. We will mail the refund to him tomorrow.

Complaint: I ordered dog bones from this company on May 11. I have yet to receive them. I e-mailed them after several phone calls went unanswered. The sent me an e-mail apologizing. In June. they said they would refund my money and send to bones anyway. Still no bones. The charged my paypal account $15. 75. I want a refund. Forget the bones as they were birthday bones and the dogs birthdays have passsed.

Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded.

We apologize for the delayed response and any frustration. A refund of $20.00 has been issued which is greater than the purchase amount. We have also shipped the bones from the original order; and a color-coordinated organic dog birthday cake, both at no charge, to help make up for your disappointment. The cake and bones will arrive today, 7/17/2013.
