Complaint: I have contacted this company about carrying there line a couple of times. The distributor will not sell item due to the fact that a competing store in the area over a mile away had asked them not too. I used to work for said company. I never signed a non compete contract with that company. The fact that fromm has not responded to my inquiries and the distributor is unwilling to help. I have the money all the required permits to sell this item. The fromm company is just denying my store there products. I don't want to take legal action if I have to I will.

Desired Settlement: I would like to carry this line I don nor know why this company is doing this I would like a call from the company Fromm itself.

Thank you for your inquiry relating to the complaint filed by ********* *******.
Fromm Family Foods is a manufacturer of Premium and Holistic quality Pet Foods with a long standing
reputation as not only being a leader in the products we manufacture but also the quality of our
customer service. Not just in Wisconsin but throughout the United States.
While we are sensitive to the needs of retail accounts that represent Fromm Brand products, we only
sell to Independent Distributors who in turn sell to the retail channel . We have included a response
from our distributor customer (****** ****) who serves Ms. ******* and we are hopeful that In time
they can reach an amicable solution to this misunderstanding.

Consumer Response:

As far as ********** distributors I only emailed Fromm in regards to them not responding to my inquires.  I emailed ********** in November twice and no one from the company ever got back to me.  Two weeks later I called the distribution company and left a message with a woman.  No one from the distribution called me back.  I then sent an email to Fromm due to **********s poor response.  I was interested in another avenue since I could not get the distributor to respond.  I eventually got ahold of ********** and was told that I was not welcome to carry Fromm.  That is when I told them they had no right to do that.  It seems to me as if ********** is upset that I sent the inquiry to Fromm and they are now punishing me.  I have not had any problems with any other distribution company or food company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *******, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
