Their customer service is absolutely awful. I purchased a jacket from Amazon that was too small as their sizing chart is not correct. I went to set up an exchange with Amazon, and the only option was to return it to Amazon. To return the jacket to Amazon this particular item will take up to 30 days to for Amazon to issue a refund once they receive it and then after that could take up to seven days for it to be available in my accountJackets4bikes includes a card in the packaging that the jacket came in stating thank you for your purchase the Jacket 4 Bikes products come with customer satisfying guarantee. Thats not a typo it goes on to state sizing issues or any other problems? We love to help. Contact us and we will fix it. No one replied through the email address, but the Amazon messaging center replied with this message. Thank you for contacting us. Amazon doesn't do exchanges. Instead they want customers to return it for a refund and buy the jacket they like (size and color).So there was a few more back-and-forth with the messaging, but in the end, they basically blew me off. The car they place in the packaging. It says contact them with any sizing issues and satisfaction guaranteed is complete horse Duckie. I would recommend staying away from this company.

I purchased a jacket through Amazon from Jackets4Bikes. It was a gift and I purchased the incorrect size. I wanted to exchange the product and there was only an option to return through Amazon. I reach out directly to the company to see if I could exchange it, making sure they understood I purchased this through Amazon. They told me to ship it to them and they would process an exchange in 2-3 days. Shipping was more than expected but I decided to do it anyway. Five days after the jacket arrived at the retailer I had not heard from the company. When I followed up, they told me they returned the jacket to Amazon and I had to resolve my issue with Amazon. This was contrary to what they told me would happen. I was able to get a refund for the jacket from Amazon but not the shipping I paid to get it to Jackets4Bikes. I felt misled by the company and asked for reimbursement for my shipping. The company is unreachable by phone; their number goes straight to voicemail and none of my calls were returned. I corresponded via email and the responses varied. First they could not help me because I got a refund from Amazon. Then they claimed to have never received my jacket even though they told me they returned it and my package tracking showed it delivered. Finally they said it is simply not their policy to deal with return labels or pay for shipping costs. I feel like I lost money because of their inept service, they refuse to own their mistakes, and if the quality of their service is indicative of the quality of their product, Im glad I do not own their jacket.
