The counselor had to have been the rudest lady I have encountered in my life. Here's what happened. I walk in and I am greeted by the receptionist, as I am speaking to the receptionist about paperwork I have filled out a random lady rudely Interrupts and starts asking me questions, never once introducing herself,and her tone of voice was unacceptable. I answered the first question politely. She didn't like my answer so began to get more rude as she asked more queations.At this point I began to mirror her. She didn't like what she was seeing in the mirror. Once she started seeing herself In the mirror, she tells me not to get smart with her. So as a Classic mirror, I told her the same. She repeated this twice as did I. She then says I'm the counselor and I wont see you. I then apologized for being defensive. Wich I had every right to be seeing as though a complete stranger was questioning me. She didnt accept and refused to see me and told me that this was her building and to get out. Keep in mind I have 300 dollars tied up with this company for an aoda from a few weeks ago, so I am a paying customer. At this point t I leave the building to keep conflit down and this lady comes behind me and locks the door. This is childish and not professional. I came to an aoda to satisfy the courts wich costs me 50 dollars a trip in a cab. Not to mention 600 dollars in fees to this Company, So why at any point would I pay all of this money to start conflict? Well you give people with big egos a position of power and it gets abused ,not by all but by some. I don't mind though, I understand the world isint perfect and that people have bad days or bad mind sets. A counselor is supposed to have self control wich this lady obviously does not, or is planted by the government to irritate people. Well in any manner I put God first. So I will pray for this lady. If you don't like what you see in the mirror change. Just because you are in a place of power dosent mean that you can speak disrespefully to people. Gain self control, I have! I will be taking the proper steps to have this women investigated. I forgive her, yet this behavior is not acceptable.
