After coming home and complaining to my fiance about how the boy at the front desk is continually hitting on me after I said he must stop, my fiancé proceeded to play an audio file of the club manager calling him, belittling him, and saying some very derogative words to him. My own astonishment is how he did not report this to the club business office or the owner. I'm not sure what kind of authority is given to club employees, but a manager should not treat it as though she owns it and feels like she can belittle people on the phone, and a towel boy should not be flirting with every woman that comes up for a key. This club is no longer professional. I may try another location, but chances are I will finish my training and leave completely. I'm unsure how two individuals like that have more pull than a family where one individual works for a company that would pull their affiliation if they heard this audio file. I'm ashamed I'm even there anymore.
