            I purchased live poultry (day old chicks) from this company on April 6th 2023 in the amount of ******. After changing my ship date multiple times the company stopped responding and never shipped the chicks. I reached out several times and never received any birds or refunds. The website is now defunct.

            I used to be happy with the poultry and customer assistance that I received from them, however they are not thought of too highly at this time. I placed and paid for an order for broilers from them in June and never received my paid order. I understand that they are having some issues but it appears they don't care about solving problems for their customers. I have sent several emails that have all gone unanswered. I have tried to call but their phone lines appear to be disconnected.I would not advise anyone to do business with these people.
