8/3/2016 Land mark credit union of New Berlin Wisconsin is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. Every time I've spoken to them on the phone every single person I spoke with was rude and did not know what they were doing, every time I spoke with someone that person would tell me something totally different than the last person I spoke with. But today (8/2/17) was the worst experience by far that I had with these people. A man named Paul who works in the collections department at the new Berlin location in Wisconsin, was the most outrageous, disrespectful person I've ever came encounter with, I've never been treated with such disrespect by someone, it is actually very shocking to me that this man still has a job because I couldn't of been the first person he's treated like this. I own my open company and if any of my employees ever treated any costumer of mine the way Paul treated me today, I would fire them on the spot because you do not treat people the way he treated me. I called landmark first thing in the morning at 830 when they opened, and once I finally got connected to Paul in the collections department he was immediately being rude to me before I even said one single word to him. I had ever intentions of paying landmark the money that I owed them (and I did pay them in full what I owed them) but I had some questions I wanted to ask Paul and he wouldn't even let me speak, he would interrupt me and talk over me. I began to ask Paul why my car got repoed because I just received a statement from them the following week stating that I was all caught up on what I owed. He than started to talk down to me like I was an incompetent child and speak to me in a sarcastic tone. I am sure Paul deals with rude, ignorant people all day long in his line of work and I understand that he is just doing his job and that is why I was not rude to Paul in the start of our conversation because it is not Paul's fault why I was in the situation I was in, I was aware it was my fault why my car got repoed and that's why I was calling Paul to fix things and for him to answer some un answered questions I had in regards to my account. if I was being ignorant from the start of mine and Paul's conversation I could understand him being rude to me. you can't treat someone disresctfully and expect them to treat you with respect back, it doesn't work like that. With all that being said; after I asked Paul why my car got repoed because I wasn't understanding because of the statement I received from them a few days prior, (and at this point Paul still has not fully answered my question, he just responded with rude comments. Any time I tried speaking Paul would raise his voice at me and say "are you going to let me speak?!" And when I try to ask a question he would say "I'm not going to sit here and fight with you" when the only person fighting was Paul) I than started to explain to Paul that back in January my husband and I both spoke with someone on the phone from landmark In regards to why our payment was so high and we also discussed with that person that we couldn't afford the payment that landmark was asking us to pay (Paul brought up that point that my husband and I said we couldn't afford that payment, when he brought it up he laughed at me and it up was very disrespectful and be littled my husband and I for not being able to afford it) the person that we spoke with told us that the payment would get lowered and at the end of our conversation we asked the person we spoke to if everything was all cleared up and they said yes and than we asked them if landmark will stop calling me multiple times a day and theu said yes (which is why I stopped answering landmark calls because I was told everything was cleared up. I have 3 kids and own a business i don't have time to sit on the phone every day. This is the point in Paul's and I conversation where he began to talk to me like I was child, saying "oh Brittany do you think that was a good idea to ignore it, do you think it would of went away" the tone of voice he was speaking to me in was a tone that you would speak to a child in. Paul could of spoken to me like an adult and I would of respectEd what he had to say if he would of treated me with respect). After I told Paul about my conversation I had with another employee back in January 2016, he than raised his voice and told me i was a liar and that didn't happen. That was the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard an employee to a customer. He should of contacted his employee that spoke with me and told me that and asked them if that was true, I know it was all the way back in January and Im sure who ever I spoke with speaks to a ton of people everyday and would not remember our conversation but that would of been the professional thing for Paul to do and even if I was lying (I wasn't lying) a professional does not raise his voice at a customer and call them a liar. At any other job if an employee would raise his voice to a costumer and call them a liar I'm pretty sure they would be fried. I have absolutely nothing to lie about, what Paul didn't understand is that I just wanted him to clarify why my car got repoed after I just received a statement in the mail saying I was caught up, like I said earlier I had every intention on paying what I owed. Just like any other person in the world I just wanted to fully understand what was going on before i paid $3,500 to them. After Paul raised his voice to me and called me a liar; I was so frustrated and upset I just wanted the conversation end before I started to get ignorant and embarrasse myself like paul was doing, I asked him one final time if he could explain this statement i got in the mail and his exact words to me were " I dont have to explain anything to you, can you pay the $3,500 today or what?" After he refused to do his job and help me and answer my questions, I told him I'd be calling back and hung up. My husband called landmark back on my be half because he was very upset the way that man was disrespecting me. Basically the rest of mine and husbands day was spent calling landmark over and over getting disconnected and redirected and getting different answers from different people all day long. We tried since 830 in the morning to get my car back and finally at 5pm is when they finally told us where our car was and by that time the place was closed. In conclusion to my statement I really hope landmark takes action and does everything to a sure this type of behavior from their employees never happen again.

4/28/2016 Their ATM never dispensed my $200. I now have to wait 7-10 days for them to balance their ATM. Meanwhile I am out $200. I understand they need to balance the money but that amount of waiting is unacceptable.

1/25/2016 Landmark Credit Union in Sussex, WI has a very rude employee that has driven our business elsewhere. I believe her name is ******. She is a teller at the Sussex branch. Every time I have had to deal with her it has been awful. Her tone of voice is condescending. She looks at you like you're stupid. She never says hello or thank you or have a nice day. I work in customer service myself so I know how important it is to be friendly to your customers. I have to go to the Germantown branch which is an extra 10 minute drive from my house just to avoid her. I have filed complaints about her attitude multiple times but nothing is ever done. I have spoken to 2 of her managers about this issue, but they don't do anything about it. They make me feel like it's my fault for being offended. I do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I have spoken to other people in the community about her and they have also experienced similar instances of rudeness. Something needs to be done about her attitude towards customers. She is making you lose business.
