The items in this institution are phenomenal. This is the first time I went into this store and found a lot of items that are geared towards children and learning which is awesome! The one thing that I will suggest to any buyer is to always check the prices.... picked two different items and when I was ready to pay they were ringing up with a higher price. I mentioned to the teller the price listed is such all she did is look at the tag on the item and took it off and said the price is wrong, then proceeded to ask if I wanted them at the higher price or not... which I said no to.. so then I went to find a different item within my daughters spending budget... Purchased the item and did not check my receipt left and when I arrived home realized the price listed on the item and what I paid was wrong. Went back into the institution and was told it was their mistake and if I was okay paying the higher price and if I wasn't I could return the item, which I did... The proper thing to do was to honor the pricing listed on the items... if the institution tagged all of the items incorrectly it should not be the fault of the customer this is an internal issue. This happened to more then one item which made me not buy 2 out of the 3 items. I understand mistakes happen and hope that the business takes the time to correct this and that the consumer pays attention when paying their items!
