6/17/2015 I found a vehicle that I was interested in online located at Boucher Lincoln. When I went there I was told it was just sold, but they could help me locate another. I didn't like anything on the lot, but was told that all of the Boucher Group was connected and we could just transfer a vehicle from another location. With their help, I found one that I was interested in at the Boucher dealership in Racine. My sales person said they could have it transferred up so I didn't have to go all of the way down there to get it. They brought it up and I purchased it. Within 24 hours of getting it I started having mechanical issues with it. It took about 4 months and multiple visits before they finally fixed this initial problem. About 5 weeks later I started having more mechanical issues. When I went in to have them taken care of, I have now been informed there is no warranty on the vehicle. I do have a printout of the original online listing of the Vehicle that states I do have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. The only problem is that because I didn't physically purchase it from the Racine location, it is no good. So their inventory covers all Boucher lots, but then they don't stand behind that locations warranty. Boucher does not "ride with you every mile."

3/3/2014 On Feb 1, 2014 I bought a new 2014 Murano vehicle at Gordie Boucher and paid cash for it. these people are deceitful and took advantage of me. They were pushy and trying to sell me things I didn't want. One of the things, **** *****, the financial guy, wanted to sell me was the car care service. I declined, but **** said, we need you to sign this so we know that we told you and that you declined, and later on I got in the mail the coupon book for these car care service. I thought that since I was buying a car cash, I didn't have to deal with financial people. But they were the pushiest people. They charge me also for Wheel tax and when I went to DOT they charge me again for wheel tax and told me that the dealer wasn't supposed to charge me for that. They charge me 300.00 for all weather mats, and they didn't give them to me, so I had to go back and ask for them. Also, I bought it cash and they charge me money for Lien. This dealer was to put info for the DOT for this new car, and it took them 19 day to finally had it done. The police stopped me because I was driving a vehicle that was not register. I went to DOT 4 times trying to get it legal but they said that the dealer was to do that for me. So sad there are dealers like this one. People that take advantage of seniors, women and hispanic which is what I am.
