            I received extremely misleading service. checks from *********************, the director of operations. These checks indicated that since we have been long time customers they wanted to give us some services for steep discounts or free. The material looks just like a check, with an amount section. We have free oil change vouchers at another dealership significantly further away and decided to get our oil change at David Hobbs due to what we believed was a free synthetic oil change, only to find out once we were there that the check we were sent equated to a $10 discount.We did end up getting the service done and ended up spending around $85 for something we expected to be free. The date of the service was 10/19/21 and the customer name was *************************** (my wife), but I was the one who brought the vehicle in for the service. I do want to mention that ****** the sales guy was quite apologetic and agreed that the vouchers were misleading.
