*************** Architects out of ********** and ******* ** offices are by far the worst architecture company I have come across.Their licensed architects are so out of touch of the reality, they dont even go do inspections, charge your company tremendously for even little matters like clarification on the blue print.Their *** team is horrendous. They come up with these grand ideas that are almost impossible to implement, they charge you around $2000 for a site visit within 200 miles, bring their trainee engineers with them and charge you for their time, and last but not the least they dont listen to the customer at all. This is me and this is only what I will suggest.On the interior design front they are even worse. They came up with designs that the furniture builder couldnt even fathom the need for. They will charge you an arm and a leg for even small changes, and they dont even know the applicable local statues. Architecture group always thinks they need state approval when it is not needed and charge you thousands of dollars. They will contact the city inspectors without your permission and throw the project off board and confuse everybody.Lastly, their price is at least 4 to 6 times the going rate of a commercial architecture firm.I would say, stay away from this company. In my opinion, they are not doing so well financially and if you got there they will rip your company off.
