    Lyles TV came out to our house to look at a broken refrigerator. We weren't sure if it could be fixed, if we could get a part, or if we should get a new refrigerator.We were never told of a charge for the bid, we never asked them to order parts or to fix anything. We never signed anything. Later a bill showed up and we were told they ordered a part that we didn't request. The price was almost as much as a new fridge.We wrote to them disputing the charge and they sent it to collections.We got a bill today from ********************* ****************************************, phone ************ for ****** Reference number *******

    Purchased a refrigerator July 28 2023 ****** came and delivered the same day GREAT That evening the frig made much more noise than our last. We thought it needed time to adjust.The next day - noise still bad, called to speak with our salesman. Was told he was out and be back on Monday. Called on Monday and was told he would be back on Thursday, then were told Monday Aug 7th and they were going to leave him a message to call us Monday I needed to call around 10:00 he said he would get back. he did call back in 10 min I was on the phone, I tried him back 10 min later, he was busy - I tried again a few hours later.I finally got him mid afternoon. I was passed over to service and was told they were very busy, normally someone could come around the 24th - but she was able to schedule me for the 17th.The next day I called to discuss the frig was to be 30" not 33" Naturally I had written down wrong - so I was told. I was also informed that they could of gotten me scheduled the week before, but didn't because I hung up on the service person "Again Wrong" Naturally I asked who said that - I wanted to talk to them. He said it was talk around the office. I then wanted to speak with his boss, and was told *** would call me. No call on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday. Friday my daughter came over with a decibel meter and got 67 (average is 32 to 47)I sent an email giving this info and reminding that I had not received a call. Email response -*** was out today.This is now 14 days (fri ****) - My wife was getting Headaches daily and they are too busy to inspect a frig that was just purchased - I'm not a service call / This was just installed. I live 6 minutes away from the business and *** lives less than 4 minutes away. I have purchased from ****** before - but will not again Only 6 more days to go till the 17th

    ************** emailed on 7/28/23 with our salesman with three options of fridges that all where 33inches wide and would possibly delivered next day. Next day which was Saturday was booked but we squeezed him into the same day. He picked the one he wanted so we unpacked it plugged it in so it would be cold on delivery. As we always do we turned off the icemaker and if the delivery guys hook up water they turn it on. On 7/31/23 ************** called in a spoke to another salesman which told him that ***** wont be in until next monday(8/7/23). **** did have a conversation with him to where he said the fridge makes a loud noise to where they cant get any sleep. **** proceeded to ask questions if icemaker was on or pushed to close to wall. All ************** demanded was a new fridge. At that point he was told need to setup service first before we can exchange, he refused and hung up the phone. he called back a couple more times through the week and was explained that ***** wont be back until monday and service needed to be set up. On 8/7/23 Monday ***** called him back and they had a conversation which then was mentioned again about icemaker being on and ************** said there is no way. Service did get set up and he was not happy with the date. However we do book out in the summer. On 8/14/23 he sent ***** a email now saying wanted it picked it up with full refund that the fridge is not cooling properly. We went out on 8/15/23 and picked it up with full refund. When the delivery guys got out there they did check to see if icemaker was on which it was. ****** has been plugged in here with no problems and running at 48db
