Complaint: I placed an order with 4Imprint on 10/22/2013, the order arrived a few weeks later with only one of the four items ordered. When I contacted the company, they neglected to respond for several days. Only after I sent a followup email did the account manager tell me the item was out of stock, sorry! After several back and forth emails, I was told the remaining items would be shipped and in hand no later than the first week of December. Well, the end of December has come and go and still no followup. Still no product. And most infuriating - they've already taken our money.

Desired Settlement: Refund the order.

Business Response:

We followed up with the customer and expressed our sincere apology for the lack of communication and follow up on our part.  We are in the process of completing the order in full, and in keeping with our guarantee, have let her know she’ll be receiving it free of charge.  With regard to billing, the customer did confirm to us that this was just a misunderstanding. We have not actually collected any funds at all on this order - we had only run an authentication on the card.

Complaint: This company states 'FREE SAMPLES" Months ago I ordered 2 free samples and only recieved 1. Then two weeks ago and after looking at their catalog I ordered 2 more samples. After not recieving anything again I decided to call. The first person hung up pn me. Then I called back and got someone else and this time another person stated my account was "NO MORE SAMPLES". He stated he did not no way. So their advertising is FALSE. The don't give samples and then they hang up on CUSTOMERS.

Desired Settlement: They should apologize and change their store policy concerning "SAMPLES. Or every company will only recieve 1 Sample.

Thank you for making me aware of this complaint.  The email I received as notification says that you have not yet received a response; however I just received notice of the complaint today.  In the notes, it says that this is the second notice of this complaint.  Can you please verify that the first notice was sent to my attention?


For this complaint, it appears to be an error on our part.  There are rare occasions in which we have denoted a customer as someone that can no longer receive samples from us.  These rare instances typically come up when someone has asked for an excessive amount of expensive samples from us while demonstrating no true intent of doing business with us.  We do not take that denotation lightly, though, and it appears ****** was inadvertently marked as someone that is not to receive samples from us.
