Purchased vehicle and immediately started having issues with it. Took the vehicle in for them to look at several times for 3 months.
After taking my vehicle in several time with them hold my vehicle up to 2 to 3 day to look at they finally replace some engine parts. Not long after I had to replace engine coil and park plugs. Now the engine on the vehicle is going out and it's been a a year and two months I've had it. I called throughout the year complaining about the vehicle. When I first came in r see about buying a vehicle I asked for a reliable vehicle because ***** was all I had and couldn't afford to fix any major issues. I'm upset because I now need a new car and have no means to get one. I felt they knew is was a bad car and wanted to get rid of it. I wanted to take it back after they replaced some parts for the engine , but I couldn't because it was already paid for. I don't want any one else to go through this and hopefully I never have another one again.

Desired Settlement
I would like a replacement vehicle or it to be fixed. I know neither one will happen. But they are people that cannot be trusted if they're going to take advantage of people.

Customer purchased vehicle on ***************. Customer signed the 30 day/1,000 mile warranty at time of purchase. Sold the vehicle to the customer for a significantly discounted price because the customer was on a budget. A few days later, customer brought a concern about the vehicle shaking, so we agreed to replace several engine mounts on the vehicle free of charge. Days later, they brought up another concern about vibration in the engine. After our inspection, our certified mechanic did not discover any shaking or vibration in the engine. Customer was not satisfied, so we offered to do a tune-up with new spark plugs free of charge, and the customer accepted that resolution. We have not heard any other concerns from the customer since then, until *************, at which point the customer telephoned and spoke to our service advisor and expressed concerns about engine issues. The service advisor said he would follow up with the manager and have him call the customer back to help resolve their concerns. Manager telephoned the customer back two days later to arrange for the customer to bring the vehicle into the shop so they can inspect the vehicle and determine how they can help resolve the customer's concerns. Customer agreed, but then never brought the vehicle into the shop. After speaking with the customer, manager discovered complaint filed at BBB. Even though the 30 day warranty has expired, we always try to work with the customers to resolve any issues or concerns. However, we are only required to resolve and fix at a **% discount to the customer, as long as the work is done in our shop, for any issues that arise during the 30 day warranty as agreed upon and signed at the time of sale.
