I was very pleased to discover The Rot Doctor several years ago when my wife and bought a 100 + year old house. The personnel at Rot Doctor were very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they actually understood me when I would describe my rot issues. They took the time to educate me about the products that I may need to solve my problem. I was impressed with their experience in shipping their products to remote locations such as mine. The products arrived in a timely fashion and the recommended products worked perfectly. I will never use plastic type fillers on wood products again. I have been using the products from The Rot Doctor exclusively on my home for many years now. I have not seen anything better to date. I was disappointed when I recently called to place another order only to discover that they may not be carrying my favorite products any longer due to supply issues. However, when I spoke with The Rot Doctor about what they were offering as a replacement product, they once again took the time to explain the benefits of the alternate products that they have chosen. They hold themselves to high standards as they are not only selling a good product but they are also staking their reputation on their good word.
