    In early 2023 I brought an aquaintence's dog to the sumner vet for a visit. I paid with my own card at that time and was immediately reimbursed by owner. I was a friend of that person at the time and it was just a favor. I told the vet to not store my information in that system because I am not the owner or caretaker of that pet. Obviously that vet was careless and stupid to keep my card on file which they had no permission to do so. In ***************************************************************************** and paid for services and used my card on file. There should be no card on file and I am not the caretaker. I never gave them permission to charge my card, twice or even once in ****. The vet never attempted to call me to ask permission and they had no business using a bank card that requires me to BE PRESENT TO CHARGE THE CARD!!My bank card IS NOT A CREDIT CARD and the vet had to have done this on purpose because it is not a credit card. So they had to know what they were doing when they did it. That is fraud. They overdrafted my account as well; which they did not care about at all. Lastly, the vet claims that the customer told them that they had permission to use my card on file. I never gave these people permission because I dont speak to these people anymore and have severed ties some time ago. The vet states that they told the customers that they were billing my card; and the customers state that they never knew whose card was being billed. How is this possible? Total negligence. The receptionist on the phone last week was rude and obnoxious. She acted like I was a liar and I was the problem. She is a thief and a liar herself. My bank card is requiring me to be there and it is impossible to use that card without me being there. So that means the vet charged it knowing that they were not allowed to and they never bothered to call me to ask or inform me of what was going on either. Total negligence. I would FIRE THAT RECEPTIONIST IMMEDIATELY .

    They are not my regular vet but my dog had a seizure over the weekend so I had to use them. I got in fast & they were friendly but....First off they charged ****** for just a basic exam which is ridiculous. Then decided he needed the " Geriatric Profile " testing done which was another ******. He was taken to another room for that, I didn't see anything the vet actually did. ************* apparently was taken but they said they won't get results for 2 days. So now we're going on day 3 & nothing. They don't even call to discuss results they just email it to you. No medication for the seizures, he's had 2 more since the appt. I had his records transferred to my vet , my vet said my dog needs to be on meds for the seizures so I had to call them to have it faxed over. The gal said the vet is pretty responsive to requests like this but of course my vet hasn't gotten anything other than the records since i called them on Monday, its now Wednesday...but he needs the prescription.. I've called twice & sent a message on their website also & still nothing. Obviously they don't care about the animals they see. My vet can't do anything since my dog hasn't been seen by them in the past. I've had him a bit over 2 ******** hasn't needed to see a vet until now. My dog goes in tomorrow to see my vet but I guess in the meantime I'm hoping he doesn't die from the seizures. If I was able to go to my vet in the 1st place I would have gotten answers as far as the test results before my appointment was over & face to face. I'd give zero stars if I could. Never again will I go here

    I spoke with this ************** via email. It was determined that we had an incorrect email on file for her. We corrected this error in her profile and emailed **************************'s complete history with test results. We have emailed and faxed over all information to her desired veterinarian. These have all been supplied to ************** via screenshots.

    We sent ******'s bloodwork out and noted that nothing appeared abnormal once results came back in. Customer also has this screenshot noted with dates and times. 

    Our lead for the *** team was notified to coach her team to ask for email and phone information every time that customer calls. 

    We apologized for our incorrect capture of her email.


    This was the review ************** left for us and our response.

    "Take your pet to Summit if you can & not here if you can't see your regular vet. Lazy & all they care about is the money. ****** before they even saw my dog & another ****** for a Geriatric Profile. My dog had a seizure among other things suddenly, sent me home with no test results because they decided to send them out rather than do them in clinic & no meds for the seizures. He's had 2 more since. This was Sunday,it's now Wednesday & still no test results back, trying to get them to fax a prescription to my vet is like pulling teeth & so far nothing. I've called twice & messaged on their website once, so contacted them 3 times in as many days & no results . Dr. ****** was the vet, he's responsible for faxing prescription over to my vet. 2 good things I can say, they were friendly & I got in quickly...for all the good that did"

Dr. * promptly shared the results of ******'s bloodwork via email on the 20th, confirming no abnormalities, as reflected in his notes. Furthermore, we ensured the timely delivery of ******'s prescribed medication to the specified destination via email and fax on the 19th, with a follow-up on the 21st.  

    It's imperative to underscore our commitment to following strict protocols, particularly when prescribing medications with potentially life-altering implications. Bloodwork results serve as a crucial factor in our decision-making process to safeguard the welfare of our patients. We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience you may have encountered and are dedicated to addressing any further inquiries or concerns you may have. Thank you, SVH"
