    Doctor took X-Rays of my dog and was told they came back clean. Another doctor told me over a week later that my dog has cancer and likely won't live. We paid to have the dog treated for something else, which we would not have if we knew this prognosis ahead of time. This is absolutely malpractice and needs investigation.

    Please dont go here. These people only care about the money. It was clear within our first 2 hours of being there. The main receptionist has zero bedside manner or compassion. The techs and doctors give you consistent conflicting answers. You are provided with little to no updates and treated like a monster when you hope that your cat having issues breathing could be a priority in the 24+ hours that he was there. We were told nothing but what to further spend money on when they werent even clear on an answer. We attempted to vent our frustrations after being extremely stressed and sleep deprived and were talked over in condescending tones. They will rob you blind, treat you like garbage for caring for you animals, and will leave you in the dark a majority of the time. Id rather drive a few hours out of my way to ensure that I got my animal to someone who cares about people and animals. This experience was just disgusting and disappointing. We were merely an hour or two from coming to demand our cat back. After nearly $4,000, youd hope that youd at least get pretend to care.
