This company is very unprofessional and nasty when it comes to customer service, and will also take advantage of you, talk to you with no respect when they have your belongings, and you are at their mercy. We were told on the phone by their dispatcher that it would cost ****** to get the car out of tow, but then when we get there they said the credit card machine was down and we needed cash, and then now the requested ******. We were asking for a receipt, and was told do not give them anything. When they said that I was like whoa this is not right. They were going to pocket the money. (Got a receipt after jumping through all then hoops)We left went to get the money came back , and I knocked on the door because it was locked, the had a sign on the door to call them but I did not have my phone so I knocked, the tow guy opened the door and said can you read? I said do not insult my intelligence. He proceeded to yell and told us to leave his premises, and told us if we want the car we have to get it notarized , and in the sheet of paper it was what they were requesting :appoint another person to pick up the vehicle, make,model, VIN and registration and it had to be notarized in order to pick up the car, because he was being rude and did not want us to get the car and to charge us more money or auction the car off. I do not know his motive, but usually thats how they operate. This company needs to be looked into, for frauding people, charging what they want with peoples belongings.
