On August 22, 2013, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing, service and customer service issues. Consumers allege Access 3 Media continues to charge them for equipment they have already returned. Consumers further allege they receive unreliable service from Access 3 Media, and the company is not responsive to their requests for assistance.
Access Media 3 is working with BBB in an effort to eliminate the underlying cause of the pattern of complaints.
