You don't want this company in your neighborhood. For almost four years Arsene willfully allowed the ******************* of a property they acquired in our neighborhood to deteriorate in violation of multiple ordinances. As neighbors, we willingly accommodated the difficult circumstances of 2020. We voluntarily cut back rat-attracting weeds. We protected the kids of the street from the decaying appliances, lumber, wire, sheet metal, and general c*** piled on and around the decaying 9-foot deck on the exterior. We stared at the falling screens & windows. We intervened with the vagrants attempting to use it as a temporary or permanent party and/or defecation spot. Many times, we phoned and were lied to by the company's public-facing representative. We spoked to the multiple "employees of the owner" who had "decided to stay in the place for a few days," only to see them refuse to stay because the residence was uninhabitable. They kept clearly in violation of ******* Department of ************************************* Director's Rule ****. When they finally decided to put the renovation back into their schedule, Arsene and its contractors kept violating construction and safety regulations to the detriment of the neighborhood and their own workers. Arsene is definitely one of those companies I wouldn't trust to take care of my renovation projects.
