    Camper's Choice changed its name from Clear Creek RV, **********, ** when it sold that location to Camper's World and maintained locations in ********, ** and ******, **.In July or August 2022 I referred Clear Creek RV to my son who subsequently purchased a full size 5th wheel. On 9/2/22 I received a confirming text from Salesman ********************* that I was due a referral payment. On 1/27/23 I visited the now ******'s World and spoke to ****************. He referred me to ***************************** at Camper's Choice *************), as the payment was Camper's Choice's responsibility. He reaffirmed that his September 2022 text that the referral and payment due were valid. On 1/27/23 I spoke to *************************, the Finance Manager. He took my information and said he'd forward it to the corporate office. I followed up with ************************* on 2/10/23. He had no status and said he didn't actually speak to anyone, he'd only sent an email, and that he'd follow up.After not being contacted, on 2/24/23 I obtained the name of the corporate Accountant, ***** *************), and was advised to go up the chain to her, as she also communicates regularly with the owner, *******************. On 2/24/23 and again on 3/1/23 I left messages at the number for *****. I've received no reply to either message and no response due to ************************* following up. I believe I'm being ignored and that Camper's Choice, formerly Clear Creek RV, has no intention of honoring its commitment for a referral payment.

    Clear Creek RV ********** **. I wish I would have researched before I stepped in to the building to purchase an RV from them, not knowing they only had two stars but we purchased a Jayco *** feather 2022, The drawer bottom fell out, instead of replacing it they screwed that back in the drawer.the door would not deadbolt from the outside when traveling it would open, and then they fix that and then the deadbolt on the inside wouldnt work I had to slam the door at least 15 times in 45 minutes just to make the deadbolt work, it was insane . we found out that the door was bent the frame was bent, I just didnt want to deal with them anymore. I wrote a letter to the BBB, and when they found out they were very angry with me said they ordered a door to be replaced but since I wrote the letter they werent going to help me at all and that I was on my own to go pay for it myself, bad customer service, they dont wanna work with our customers, my RV is brand-new July 2022 still under warranty and they will not honor it, and he told BBB that I cussed him out cussed everybody out and then he came to my house multiple times to fix things and all lies. And after he wrote to BBB all these horrible things I did and how he would never help me at the End of the letter he writes hes willing to work with me if Im decent with the people there, no thank you. you just contradicted yourself sir. bottom line if youre looking for an RV please dont go there to save yourself the headache. He told the BBB that everything was working and he fixed everything, all lies.
