    The duplex I am living in was foreclosed on, August 5, 2022. I requested in writing for Aspen to return my deposit of 500. for both units A and B for a total of *****. on 8/18/22 because Aspen no longer manages the property. I told them my Security deposits for both units are held in a trust at ******* American in East *********. I have called many times and left message after message. I have lived in duplex for 20 years, twice they told me I owned over *****. in back rent because they did not credit my Federal Housing money to my account. (Two sets of books?) By law they have 21 days to return ***********. I told them the new owner wants me to move by 11/8/22 and I need the *****. deposit to move on. I have a Section 8 and am low income. Are they going to make me file a Civil Court Case? They are not adhering to the law. I have no way to upload documents, I do have copy of LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT on both unites. Unit B that I rent dated 12/30/10 and unit A that my daughter rents dated 9/1/11, I paid my daughters Security Deposit and Property Manager ********************* signed off on both rental agreements/Security Deposits.

    Wish I could give a 0 the lack of communication and stuff during that time I was renting to owe. The times I need her ***********************. Property Management who lost my paperwork during the transition from Century 21 to Aspen Nw. She's a evil little lady.Wish I could say something nice about her. She's unreliable she pays other people to get her s*** done. She very inconsistent. She thinks she's smarter then you. I could get her for everything she owns and everyone involved during that time I was a tenant. She gives info to people like your ex girlfriend or beefs I guess you have like neighbors She's just a racist piece of s*** I hate having to *** ************ but she really did some damage mentally to my head and still traumatized me to this day after leaving and letting it walked but documented everything during my hellish stay. You should feel your own home is your safe haven and the tenant and whoever and whatever going on speak up to me not to **** or ****** to me not to ********************* ****** sisters to me not *************************** and I know to me. I'm a victim in a very serious situation yall involve me with. People grow up I wasn't down for century 21 Aspen no whoever the f*** yall were doing the obvious was there the *** was watching cause drugs it was a rent to own . You never ever showed up I was unsafe. I chose not to put the lock on garage after the break in downstairs at the bottom of MY HOUSE not *********************** *************************** son or nate or ******************************* or ************************* *************************************************************************** so rude I'm dying to. I can't breath you stress me out so bad . *********************** A SAD DISGRUNTLED OLD F****** BAT THAT LIES AND NEEDS TO CROAK SO YEAH. I HATE TALKING LIKE THIS BUT OLL BE LYING IF I DIDNT.***********************
