Complaint: Pharmacy name on prescription bottle, ******, ad paper in store, etc. Pharmaca integrative Pharmacy on drug information sheet Pharmaca Pharmacy # ** Address: XXXXX ******* *** Redmond, WA 98052 Phone number: on prescription bottle and drug information sheet phone# XXX-XXX-XXXX on credit card bill, Ad paper in store, ****** etc XXX-XXX-XXXX on 11/16/2013 i called XXX-XXX-XXXX and asked them the rules for prescription transfer from another pharmacy because i saw their ad in their store before that they do the transfer they said they just need information on my bottle i specifically told them i need Synthroid from ****** laboratories only that person said that the manufacturer is ****** ...and will call me know once prescription is ready in 2 hours. they never called. so i called after 2- 3 hours the person said prescription is ready for pick up. after going to the pharmacy, they gave me Synthroid from ********** on questioning she said ****** ... was bought by ********* and prescription bottle had a different RX # from what i told doctor name was misspelled # refills was supposed to be one less than the other pharmacy, but it remained the same. part of it could be wrong information given by **** *** checked ****** web site and Synthroid brand name is still in their drug list even though the bill says it can be refunded, i will not refund it nor i will use the medication because it has side effects. but i will keep it for future proof to show fraudulent activity of pharmacies in USA Looks like i am stuck without medication because medical personnel( doctors, pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants etc... ) and insurances are completely fraudulent in USA no wonder including medical and insurance people in USA have been acting crazy and not trust worthy (may be other countries too, i haven't been out of country for few years) who are addicted to medications, but get wrong ones. in addition to the lack of knowledge and expertise of medicine prescribers. please ask them to refund my $21.98 copay and refund $2.74to insurance assuming that they charged to correct Pharmacy or ask them to give from ****** laboratories either in sealed bottles or show tablets taking out from sealed bottles in front of me.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2013/12/23) */ Hello, 1) concerning the Misspelling: we will fix the issue with the misspelling of the doctors name. 2) concerning the Rx#. the Rx# will be different at Pharmaca than it is as the other pharmacy as every pharmacy assigns its own unique identifier to each prescription. 3) concerning*****************. There is only 1 manufacture of the brand. ****** split off its drug side and it is now called ******. Thus ALL synthroid will be made under the ****** name now. You will not see any new bottles with ****** listed as the manufacture once the supply of ****** labeled bottles is gone. This change occurred earlier this year.
