            I picked my eyeglasses on a Tuesday and returned to the optometry to have them adjusted. A female employee came out to help me. She was the same individual who helped me re-lens my frames. During the adjustment, I asked her to adjust my nose pad. So she did using her fingers and I was thinking to myself "isn't there a tool used to adjust the nose pad?" Seconds later, the nose pad she was adjusting snapped off. Then she tells me I would have to bring my glasses to a repair shop where they do soldering or I would have to buy new frames. She started to get defensive that she didn't use that much force to adjust my eyeglasses. And she eventually apologized. I hate to say this but I have been going to this optometry for 20 years when ******************** owned the practice. And this was my worse experience ever. I am so disappointed with the customer service. They did not handle my eyeglasses with care.
