Complaint: Well first and for most, the seatac inn most certainly has to be way under health code expectations. The room was in absolute discusting condition... stayed at the inn for a total of two days and three nights. We actually used our own sheets on the bed because it was so dirty looking just on the surface. I stayed inside the room the whole stay but to go out to eat a couple of times. I started itching yesterday evening and aearned money of this morning I had bites all over my body.... which as you could imagine is extremely uncomfortable. So when I called down to the front desk the second I said anything about bites on me and itching the lady almost instantly started talking back to me and getting defensive, then she proceed to argue with me until she said I have another customer I am hanging up the phone... I said excuse me how can you treat a customer this way? I said I did nothing but call to discuss the situation at hand and I said if you choose to treat a customer like that then ill call the BBB and she said fine ill call the police. Which was completely out of pocket and rude. I hope and honestly expect that something is done about this horrible service that I have experienced. And that a health inspector is brought to the inn to take care of this situation. Now I have to be uncomfortable and hurting with all these bites and marks all over my body. On top of all this. Yesterday afternoon around 2pm me and my boyfriend were in our room of course had already paidfor another night before noon, a lady who clearly worked here didnt even knock on our door and all the sudden the door flew open and I was half naked and sitting on the bed, she viloated our privacy in the highest possible  way. I am so upset and angry with this company I cant believe I gavethem a p3nny of my hard earned money. I have worked in customer service my entire life and wouod never treat or represent my company with ssuch disrespect as they have here at the seatac inn.

Desired Settlement: Well I really was not looking for any type of settlement... but it would be nice to get the money I spent refunded to me, and that justice is surved and its seen that some changes the right changes are made so that this kind of rude and horrible service is never relayed on another person staying here. Thank you for taking the time to hear my complaints and hopfully they are taken seriously as to my experience here and the now seriously uncomfortable state I get to go on thru with all these bites on my body.
