Complaint: I have never used this hotel before and will not in the future. I was prebooked by hotels.com and could not get my money back. So being in the new city and not knwing anyone and had short time for business and pleasure I did not book with another hotel because I have spent my money on this hotel. We were promissed a microwve in the room no room that had microwave was reserved for us. I could not sleep because this dark room had a heater that was making noises all not and I have a light sleep. Then we saw a baby roach in the room and we killed it. Then for breakfast the first day was o.k but the other days each day even though we came around 7:00 A.m no food was there just one or two bananas. It was suppose to have complimentary breakfast. Then the staff specialy this woman by the name of ******** was very short and rude also the woman by the name of **** She would not give the name of the manager on the phone long distance phone call that i had to make and will not give me his e-mail. So I have e-mailed the general e-mail according to her he will check his e-mails. I finally found his name after spending unneccessary calls to get this simple information. His name is ****** last name. I am not sure if he got my e-mail since I was getting the run around. I like to get my money refunded back to my cc full amount of $194 and some change he should have the amount. Stayed on 2/18/13-2/22/13 as soon as he gets the complaint and my e-mail to him.
