Deceptive practices and poor quality of workmanship. Victor initially gave us a quote that was cheaper than other bids in the area. However he would then continually add on to the price stating he forgot to add on this cost or that. For example he stated he incorrectly measured the area for our sod and then charged almost 1k more. He then added on several thousand dollars for an increased cost of fill dirt (charged us almost 4k - although we have seen many places who are giving alway fill dirt for free). He initially quoted 2k for sprinklers however then charged 5k at the end. The worst was when he added on an additional 1k for planting ***** small half gallon plants. We are extremely understanding but finally had reached our limit at that point and stated we would not be paying. In addition, during the project we had multiple complaints from the city due to the huge mess they left on the side walk. Victor was not present at the jobsite so I had to leave work early and talk down city representatives so they would not shut down the project early. Additionally, they damaged our fence, a gutter downspout and even our garage door. After the project was complete we have still had nonstop issues with drainage, leaks and dying plants as half our yard was not even receiving water from the sprinklers. When we have tried to get Victor come out and correct the issues, he has then tried to again charge insane amounts of money for repairs that were due to his errors and poor workmanship. Many of these issues still have not been addressed and now we will have to spend thousands to get corrected by another company. AVOID at all costs.
