BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview

BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.

Customer Review Experience Value
Positive Review 5 points per review
Neutral Review 3 points per review
Negative Review 1 point per review

BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.

Additional Notes

Complaint: I have moved to San Francisco and am no longer in need of their services. My roommate will be leaving the unit at the end of October. There was some miscommunication as to who would be canceling all of the utilities. I just received an invoice from Atlas Networks billing me for the month of November. As nobody will be living in the unit, there will be no usage of their services for that month. After having received the invoice, I called to cancel, but was told that they can't cancel the invoice once it has been issued. This feels like a cash grab from people that will no longer be using their services. There are a million things to take care of when you are moving, and "not canceling an invoice" feels like a business practice designed to take advantage of the fact that it is easy to miss one of these things.

Desired Settlement: Please cancel my November bill
