BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: Upon departure of the Woodmark hotel(6/22), we were asked to wait because the notes on our account regarding a spa credit (for our Spa experience) was confusing. After waiting several minutes, ****** (the front desk associate) asked if she could call us and we could pay for the balance at that time (she suggested Monday). We said, "no" and that we wanted everything to be handled right now. ****** left for several minutes again and came back and we paid for parking, our room, and a $15 spa charge. (Total $323.36) She said that she was applying the spa credit as she saw in the notes and our receipt said that we paid in full. We asked if our cards would remain open and she said, "no". On Tuesday (6/25), I received a phone message from ****** (reservation associate) who said that she is charging $335 to my credit card for the spa services. We contacted ****** back and let her know all of the information above and she refused to listen to us. She said erratic statements like, "You want the spa for free" , "You want ****** to pay for the spa package", or "go ahead and fight this legally, we did nothing wrong". We asked to speak to managers and called back many times and every time, conveniently, managers were not available. We were told that we would get a call back from management. This has not happened. We were told the account was closed and yet I was charged again $335. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated.
