This establishment is one that I used to hold in high regards, being I have posted a review of 5 out of 5 stars. I have been a diligent customer with them for years and found out towards the end they were pocketing my money for the expenses of another person, which they share personal ties to, to benefit from even though it was my money that was being used. Now they refuse any release of receipt to me of my payments, through my banking, and tell me that basically because the unit is in the person's name now there's nothing they can do. I have been here for 5 years, paid on time, been completely respectful, never been an issue and still was treated low for someone they know and like. There are people that are here that do not pay, employees have told me, that they are still there. This is a poorly worked establishment that is supposed to distribute hospitality, but seem to use it to take your money. This seems to be the case due to the rise in drug affiliated customers they allow to stay there from the number of arrests to drug raids I have seen. People walking up and asking me do I know where to get some weird named drug, way more abandoned to broken down vehicles than there should be, and people that walk around that are either high off a drug or past drunk is ridiculous. And this is not even counting their recent slew of infestations they had, with one lasting for more than a month of bed bugs on the premise. I will never settle to be a valuable or any customer here again.
