    On December 12th, 2021 I made an online reservation with an "advanced booking rate," as I have been told by Marriott. All the cancelation policies that I viewed both in my email and online say that you must cancel within 24 hours. For reservation number ********, I called because I needed to cancel the date and change it to a later date, but the flight change had not been made yet and I did ot have a date. When speaking to the representative to cancel the date, she stated that it would be easiest to cancel and rebook for a later date. Stating that I would receive a refund within 3-5 buisness days. I have not received the refund yet. When I called Marriott they stated that it was an advanced booking rate and that there would be no refunds. I have called and explained to more than 6 people along the chain of employees and have still not received a resolution. The total amount for that room was $130.50.Reservation number ********, this original reservation date was 01/07-01/08. I called and changed the reservation to 01/04-01/05. I had already paid $130.50 for the room scheduled for 01/07. However, before the 24 hours were up from the change I made, I had to cancel. I canceled within their 24-hour time frame and I was still charged $79.63 and several days later an additional $2.00. These charges were not authorized on my account and I asked the representative if I would be charged. I was specifically told no because I canceled before their 24-hour deadline. I have spoken to several representatives since the charges and have not gotten a resolution. I feel as though I have been given the run around and they cannot justify why representatives have told me one thing and then they tell me something else. I have emailed ******************************* on 4/28, 5/13 & 5/29 and have not received a response back. My emails have been specific and not all of my questions are being answered, just some. If I can get some kind of resolution to this issue that would be great.Thank you.
