Complaint: *** ******* - owner of The Green Tortoise Hostel, where I stayed for two weeks happily, recieved some absolute lie that I offended a guest and requested that I leave the next day- "tomorrow!"I am calm, quiet, clean and mature. I am simply an artist, writer, educator, poet and feminist.I actually found some guest member's lost wallet in the common bathroom and returned it immediately to "**" at the front desk. Another evening, there was an older man (my age- 40s) who was "stung out" on some drug and quite frightening. I saw that "*******" at the front desk was frightened and trying to juggle the desk and was not sure what to do.... I was in the kitechen with him already cooking my dinner- so i calmed him down respectfully- PROOF THAT I AM OF NO INSULT OR BURDEN TO ANYONE! Whoever LIED was the one to be kicked out. *** was upset I emailed him asking for the hostel's corporate info.: MY PERSONAL IDENTITY WAS HACKED AND I HAD TO FILE A FORMAL FTC COMPLAINT. I HAVE BEEN USING THERE COMPUTERS AND JUST NEEDED BASIC INFORMATION AFTER SOMEONE WAS ALREADY WRONGFULLY ON MY SEATTLE PUBLIC LIBRARY CARD- DATA!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS WHY! AND INSTEAD HE KICKED ME OUT- AND I DECIDED TO LEAVE THAT NIGHT, SO OFFENDED AT HIS INSULTING MANNER... AND THEN "**" TRIED TO SHORT CHANGE ME MY RETURN MONEY BY ABOUT $80... FINALLY JUST REFUSING ME MY LAST NIGHT RETUEN OF $37.27.PLEASE MAKE A FORMAL NOTE OF HIS OWING ME SUCH FUNDS! AND KEEP A FILE OF HOW UNPROFESSIONAL HE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Desired Settlement: REFUND OF LAST NIGHT AFTER BEING HUMILIATED AND PUSHED OUT AFTER BEING A LOVELY GUEST. A FORMAL APOLOGY WOULD BE DECENT OF A BUSINESS OWNER!!!!!!
