At an unknown time I was put on electronic billing without my knowledge. 28 Sept 23 1) I checked my e-mail because of a late delivery from another company. ( I seldom check my email unless there is a problem) I saw a noticed a payment reminder for services received on the 12 July. The only reason I saw this was because of a late delivery from another company.2) I called ************. They informed me that I was put on electronic billing.3) I asked them to remove the electronic billing.4) I asked them to mail me a bill.5 Oct 23 AM Thursday (prior to mail delivery)1) I received a call from UW billing *************) about payment.2) I inquired if they had mailed me a bill. they disclosed that a bill had been mailed out on ****** (post office is closed on ******s. ( That is 3 days for delivery) !6 Oct 23 the bill arrived in the mail and was paid and placed in the mail for pick up Saturday 7 Oct 2023.Resolution:What I want is:1) Conformation (not by email) that electronic billing has been removed 2) If they have damaged my credit, this year or last. I want their report exponged from my credit report.
