Complaint: I brought in a doors to a family hutch and asked the broken glass be taken out and new glass put in. At the time of the drop off I made it clear to them this was a family heirloom and I thought it was roughly 80 years old and to please be careful. I dropped this off the week before thanksgiving and I wasn't able to pick it up until 12-15...nearly a MONTH later. When I picked it up I noticed a 2inch gauge had been take out when they took off the molding. I paid 137.00 to get 2 panes of glass put in and it took a month to accomplish and then they screwed it up. I asked for the Manager (***) to call me and make this right for me...which he did...he basically said there was nothing he would do about it. I ended up taking the pane of glass out..refinishing the chip myself and putting it back together myself. This *** guy should've at least offered to take money off my bill...TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Desired Settlement: Take 40.00 off my bill.

We are deeply saddened and disappointed that our services did not meet his expectations. Upon receiving a copy of this complaint, we immediately contacted this customer to personally apologize and to find a mutually agreeable way of rectifying the situation. Having done so, it is our understanding that he has accepted our apology as well as an agreed upon resolution. We sincerely hope that his thoughts and feelings about this job have now been addressed with an understanding and respect that every customer deserves.
