Complaint: I preordered a game from them, Krosmaster Quest, August 2014. It was supposed to be delievered a few months later, but kept being pushed back. It is now 2016 with no notification of what is happening and no delivery. I contacted for a refund and to cancel the preorder, but they claim it cannot be cancelled without a 15% restocking fee. Considering that with no delivery date in site there can't really be a "restocking" of anything this seems absurd. They will not refund through normal means either, requesting a paypal account to credit to instead of charging back to the original credit card or sending a check.

Desired Settlement: I wish the preorder to be cancelled and the $90 paid refunded.

Complaint: I purchased a product through this company for $660 plus shipping. After multiple delays, I was told that my items were shipped August 9th via ****. After waiting a couple of weeks, I had yet received my items within the 6 to 10 business day delivery standard. After multiple assurances that my items had shipped I was then told that they had made a mistake again but that my items now shipped August 28th. I have now waited another 11 business days and have yet received any items. My items were originally supposed to ship by end of June. I would just like to receive my items that were paid in full back on May 1st 2013. Product_Or_Service: Krosmaster Arena Board Game
