On October 4, 2021 we paid for my son to do the teen Driver's ** with Cascade Driving school. He was sign** up to do the teen driving ****** and we had to cancel because he had a lot on his plate. We weren't sure if he would be able to do it in the summer or the fall 2021.When we had to put drivers ** on hold, they told me he can do the class at any time because it was already paid for. On April of this year (2022) I talk** to my son about driver's ** and he said he wasn't interest**. I contact** Cascade and they respond** with this:Hello,Cascade of Olympia has been sold and is under new ownership and are switching everything to the new name but, I did talk to the original owner and he said that if you could send back a copy of the receipt that you paid for the class he will refund you the money that paid minus the 10% cr**it card processing fee. I see that you paid for a Buddy ****** is that correct? Once he refunds you, you can sign up your student for whichever class you would like them to be in whenever they are ready to sign up again.Thank you,Learn2Drive ************ I sent them the information they request** and I never got the refund. Every month since April, I have email** cascade driving school and ask** them the status of the refund and they say they have reach** out to the previous owner.It's August 23, 2022 and I still have no refund.
