And I am the member on file that they have my phone number.When I waited so long for their info about pick up, I have waited so long and just log-in to see when I can pick up my items, it shows it is in the process of the return.I called the Nordstrom Rack store *************** and asked them about my order.They said, they just cancelled my order last night.And they will try to find my items but it is sold and they can't find my item already.First, those items when I purchase are showing non-refundable online.So when I paid with my credit card, it should belong to me.But their reply is if I order them and deliver to my home, it is non-returnable.If I order and ship to their store, they still can proceed the return after five days automatically.They do not have any policy showing this online but just through their oral explanation.From my account, I do not see any info about that.And the store told me to reach out Nordstromrack.com who monitored the order.However, the store did not return the products to the Nordstromrack.com but sold it out on their own.Since that is a good deal and I request them to give back things I ordered.Also, during the purchasing time, there is another promotion when I spent 100USD, I can got 10 USD note. Their cancel my order automatically affects this benefit.
