            My brother ordered two urns on 6/28/21 to be shipped to my address. On 7/12/21, I received two urns engraved with strangers' names sent to me in my name to my address. My brother contacted Memorial Urns on the same dat and they did not take the proper action to arrange for the return. They then threatened to illegally charge me or my brother if I did not return the "unordered merchandise". I spoke to their supplier and was told that Memorial Urns or the intended customer were never charged for the wrong urns and therefore, there was no reason for Memorial Urns to charge me or my brother. The charge would have been an unauthorized charge also. Later, they wrongfully claimed in a response to my online review that they would have just taken a loss if I did not return the urns.

            They promply made the urn then used undependable fedx to ship. Very typical of fedx, shipment delayed. Dellivery needs to be depended on with such items. Very unpleasant experience.
