Complaint Category: Sales presentation used dishonest sales practices
Complaint: The employees of this establishment failed to fully disclose all the options available to me to get my data off my computer (like the fact that I could have connected it to my other working macbook on my own). Also, when I brought an external hard drive in to facilitate the transfer they didn't check the hard drive to see if it was compatible with Macs and just sent it to their Seattle location costing me more time without my data.
