            Horrible, does not really want customers had open sign out, but on door please do not knock, text to be let in, so I left. So much for customer service. I highly recommend not going there! Plenty of other great coin shops in ******** and surrounding area especially with good customer skills and wanting your business.

            Hello ******. You'll be happy to know the glass is still in tact after you were seen banging on it at 3:07pm Aug 9th 2022 startling the kids and their parents inside the shop and even after acknowledging in your review that you read the "Do not knock" sign. In line with other coin shops in the ******** area, our small business is taking steps to provide customers a safe space to conduct their transactions given the current social climate and behaviors like you displayed. We encourage customers to text, email or call us for assistance. While we had 12 customers that day who experienced no difficulty entering our shop, we understand we're not a good match for some. For others, we invite you to visit our showroom and take a look at our extensive inventory of ********** gold, silver and collectible coins. We also make strong offers on coins you want to sell. Let us know how we can help you with your collection.
