The girls at this stand were trying so hard to meet customer needs with what was clearly very little training and resources. I am absolutely HORRIFIED by the way this situation was handled at an upper management level. First, I waited in line for 13 minutes behind a single car. That lady also left without a drink being given to her. I can only assume what happened there but I have no first hand information other than the wait time was outrageous & at least 2 customers (me & the lady in front of me) left empty handed. In total I waited for 27 minutes in line, paid money for a specific product & left with nothing. I ordered a ***** & the beast smoothie, which I've gotten many times over the years at various stands & which is very clearly listed on the smoothie menu at this stand. Neither girl working had ANY idea what that even was. I tried to explain ********* said they didn't have any Marionberry mix but could mix 2 other ************ would be really similar. What I ended up with was a light pink strawberry like smoothie that, frankly, did not taste good, & was nothing like the ***** & the beast. I handed it back after one sip & said that wasn't going to work for me as it tastes nothing like what I ordered. They explained that they can't do refunds but would call another stand to find out how to make what I wanted. The other stand said they don't carry ***** & the beast mix at that stand anymore (even though it's listed on the menu) but to call ******* for help processing a refund. "*******" was called by the girl working & she seemed to be quite rude. The poor employee seemed so flustered & had to apologize for bothering her, & when ******* told her to substitute my drink order the girl said "well I already tried that mix and she doesn't like it." ******* said "well, we can't do a refund." Not okay. You cannot charge a customer for a drink you are advertising for sale, give them the wrong product, not provide the correct one, then refuse a refund. So unethical!
