              I had a podiatry appointment on Thursday Aug 17. I was contacted the Friday before and told my podiatry authorization from the VA expired the first of Aug. I was told to cal the VA and get reauthorized. That is your job. The VA said Skagit will need to fax an RFS (request for service) form along with chart notes to ************. This is known to the clinic as this is part of their contract with ************** from VA. If I dont hear from Skagit in two weeks Im going to contact the VA and ask for a referral to a new health care provider. Im not putting up with you slovenly Service any longer. This is the second time this has happened.
