My car was damaged using their service. I called the same day and left a message- I stated that I needed to figure out how to file a claim as I was leaving on vacation. The next day I had left town. I missed a call in which they told me I needed to come to the carwash and fill out a form. I immediately called back and got voicemail again. I stated that I was out of town on vacation and that I needed a call back to problem solve. I never received a call back. I emailed the location based on the email on the website. No response. I emailed all the other area managers and asked for a regional manager. Was told I would be put in contact with that person- no response. When I returned from vacation, I went to the location, filled out the form and was told that the video of that day would have been erased because it was so long ago. It was due to their unwillingness to respond that there was no recourse. They basically ignored me hoping that I would not be able to file a claim. I would like the carwash to pay for the clear coat repair on the hood of my car- given that they damaged it as I was using their service.
