Complaint: I was charged $350.00 for title and registration and was told that that amount was high and would be receiving a check for any overage. Received a check in the mail on Dec. 20th for $147.00 based on a payment of $200.00.When I called three rivers marine and talked to ***** and asked why they based the refund on $200.00 when I paid $350.00. Was told by ***** the $150.00 in question was a service fee by three rivers marine for registration and is not refundable. That's just isn't right I should have been told there's $150 charge for title transfer.They hid the fee as they call it on the purchase agreement .The line says TITLE-REGISTRATION-OFFICE FEES. No where on the purchase agreement does it say that $150.00 is being charged and is not refundable for title or registration or office fees.
Desired Settlement: I want my $150.00 payed back to me.

License cost was $53.00 and we refunded the difference of $147.00. Customer complained about document fees in which we have a legal right to collect. We overnighted all of the document fees back to him. Everything was clearly written and explained on the original documents. I feel we have gone above and beyond to try to make this customer happy.
