            where do i start...you sold me a broken boat and made me feel like less than a human. lets start there. you disrespected my children and my entire existence from the day i informed you that you sold me a broken boat. i immediately brought the boat to you to fix...months later it was picked up broken still you lied and said it was in working order.. my family got in that boat and had multiple danger life threatening issue arise on this boat and you turned the problem on me. you sent me out on the boat after about 5 attempts at you trying to fix ALL THE ISSUES with the boat. there are so many i cant even list it... here you are racking up the charges to my warranty and giving me back a broken boat over and over again. well i finally took my boat to king ****** and guess what....MY BOAT HAS BEEN WIRED BACKWARDS SINCE DAY ONE!!! so how did you fix my boat all those times if it was wired backwards the entire time. you told me i was lying, you told me i don't know hOw to operate a ********* well/ you told me my children were hoodlums' (racist) and little brats. I TOOK THIS VERY OFFENSE. MY CHILDREN ARE BLACK AND A WHITE MAN CALLED THEM A HOODLUM...... you blocked my phone number and refuse to communicate with me and banned me from ever bringing my boat back...you need to take this broken boat back and give me a brand new working fully functional boat and also compensate my time and stress. I WANT AN APOLOGY, A REPLACEMENT, AND ALL THE WARRENTY MONEY IN MY POCKET SINCE YOU NEVER FIXED ANYTHING.
