Worst car buying experience ever!! Showed me a truck out of my price range . Then show me a Chevy suv that hadn't been cleaned at all it was a mess then he says I have a kia optima so I looked and said ok we then signed all the paper work on this car that is only a 10,000 dollar car at most and I end up with a 24% interest rate a 500 dollar payment only to hear from them 5 days later telling me I have to bring the car back the bank wouldn't approve . well I said no they said bank would only approve a 350 a month payme so I told them to make it work because im not giving tge car back I thought it was all a done deal so they come back and tell me they can make it work but no warranty! I said no because the car already had issues that needed addressed and I want a warranty, I told them drop the price of the car instead of losing the warranty they already had tge car at 4000 over Kelly so it shouldn't have been an issue except the sales manager wouldn't know what nice is unless he is going to benefit from it and no way was he going to lose his commission and be nice to a customer . Believe in nice my ***! Now they won't give me a loaner while they come take this one to the shop to get fixed ! I have seen some sleazy car salesmen in my years but the ones a Subaru top the cake! Unreasonable pricing and outright waiting for the next victim to **** them of their hard earned money every month! As crooked as they come and beware to those that have bad credit they will over price the vehicle on you but the guy with good credit will get tge car much cheaper never again will they get my money don't waste yours but somewhere else because these guys actually go home and are able to sleep knowing they screwed people all day
