They had formed a deal with my parents who had to drive over 3 hours to look at a 2020 Ford Escape on Saturday. They formed a deal and shook hands on it that day. My parents came back over 3 hours to pick the car up today due to a recall repair on the car that prevented them from picking up on Friday, and they had decided right when they got there to drop the whole deal on my parents. They live up to the stereotype that car dealership workers are the scum of the earth and left my mom crying like the heartless people they are. Do not go to them unless you want to be ripped off or have your deal pulled. Managers name is Jayson and you do NOT want to work with him.

Saw an ad for a good deal on a vehicle at Epic Ford in Everett. Went there and test drove the vehicle. Really liked it. The vehicle was priced at 16,400. We thought since we googled our value of our car we would at least get $1500.00 for trade in, and plus we had $2000.00 to put down cash. So we figured we would finance around $15 to 16,000 after tax and license. Sat down and they gave us figures to look at and the whole loan was a little over 23,000. I was blown away! They added $3000.00 for an epic service, which would include if we got a dent in the car they would get it fix for free, it also included door protectors. I said we do not want this. Oh it is on every car, we can not take it off, you have to have it. They did reduce it to 1400.00, oh and also they were only going to give $712.00 for our trade in. The sales people were very nice, except the manager turned his attitude after I told him we did not want the epic special service. He than sent the regular salesman over and he said nothing else we can do. We said this is a rip off, trying to add $3000.00 for special service that we did not want or need. Watch out for the extra pricing from these guys. Read the fine lines on the ads. Bait and switch business!
