    I was in an auto accident on June 3rd, 2022, in my 6-week-old 2022 **********. Another driver hit my car's left front side of the bumper/tire. I had 718 miles total on the vehicle as of the accident date. I was found not at fault, and the other drivers' insurance has been taking care of everything. I chose to have my car towed to D*** Hannah collision for repair. It was at their shop for over a month while they waited for parts to come in. After the car was complete, I got it back extremely dusty, with an improperly installed fog light, scratches on my inner driver-side door, foam between the window and dash sticking out, and a new clicking/grinding noise in my front right wheel. The clicking kept getting worse over three days, and by the 3rd day of driving it, while driving on the freeway, my steering wheel began to vigorously shake back and forth, which it has never done.My car has been back to their shop 3 times for this issue in which they decided to turn it into a warranty issue and replaced a strut mount and bearing at the service department without notifying the insurance company. Upon return of my vehicle again, it now has 946 miles on it and scratches all over the hood. Its being taken back to their shop to buff out or repair the scratches. At this point I dont want this vehicle. Im beyond frustrated with the lack of quality. My car should not have had to return to the shop as many times as it had. I want a new vehicle or I want compensation for the stress Ive had to deal with.

    This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. D*** Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by ******* to only contact her and her Appraiser ****** on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, ****. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.
